THE PATH TO A POSITIVE MIND

I'm Abbie, a Clinical Hypnotherapist Based in Chester. 
I Combing Safe, Solution focused Cognitive behavioural (CBT) and Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy techniques to help you overcome challenges such as stress, anxiety, fears, unwanted habits and more. 

Together we will focus on creating solutions that empower you to move forward without looking back. 

 

Hypnotherapy became part of my life long before it became my career.
Before training, I worked within children’s social care - a role that showed me just how deeply people can struggle, and how powerful the right support can be.

But my path into hypnotherapy also came from a very personal place.
After experiencing a house fire and several painful family losses, I found myself emotionally overwhelmed and disconnected from the life I once enjoyed. Anxiety, stress, and fear were shaping my days more than anything else.

Choosing hypnotherapy was the turning point.
It helped me rebuild my confidence, regulate my emotions, and rediscover a sense of calm and purpose. It changed the way I lived and the way I saw myself.

That transformation is why I do this work.

Today, my approach is warm, grounded, and deeply supportive.
I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and open the door to lasting, positive change.
