I use an effective Solution-Focused approach to hypnotherapy, which means every session has the potential to be our last. Most clients notice significant improvement after just one session, and on average, 4–8 sessions are enough to create meaningful, lasting change.

Before beginning therapy, I always recommend booking a free 30-minute consultation call. This gives us time to discuss your goals, ensure we’re a good fit, and give you a realistic idea of what your treatment plan may involve.

While no therapist can guarantee results, what I can guarantee is that every session will be carefully tailored to your needs, your goals, and the pace that feels right for you.

If you’re dealing with ongoing anxiety, low confidence, stress, or patterns that keep repeating, these sessions help you break free and align your life with your long-term goals.

Additional Sessions / 1 Off Session 

£85/ hour

To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to undertake a programme comprising of four to 8 Sessions. Additional sessions may be arranged following the completion of the initial block or can be discussed during your consultation, contingent upon identifying the most suitable approach for your needs.

One-Off Session

Perfect if you’re curious about hypnotherapy or want to experience how the mind responds to guided trance work.
These sessions are specifically designed to help you understand the process, feel at ease, and notice the subtle but powerful shifts hypnotherapy can bring.


Ongoing Sessions

If you want support with a specific issue or long-term goal, additional sessions are structured to guide you through your personal journey - layer by layer - until you feel confident, grounded, and empowered in your new way of thinking.
